Domaine les Serres – Private Holiday Rental

  1. Subject of the Contract

The property “Domaine les Serres”, 51 Chemin de Prébois, 84290 Lagarde-Paréol, France, is rented exclusively as a whole property for holiday purposes.

Maximum occupancy: 10–12 guests.
Exceeding this number is not permitted.

  1. Booking Confirmation

A booking becomes binding upon written confirmation and receipt of full payment within 10 days of invoice issuance.
Payment constitutes reservation confirmation.

  1. Rental Price

Rate: €650 per day
Minimum stay: 7 nights
Final cleaning: €300

  1. Payment

The total rental amount is due within 10 days after booking and receipt of invoice.

  1. Security Deposit

A reasonable security deposit may be required.
It will be refunded after departure provided no damage has occurred.

  1. Arrival and Late Arrival + Check-out

Regular check-in time is between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm.

Arrival after 8:00 pm is subject to prior agreement and availability.
A late arrival fee of €15 applies.

Check-out time until 11:00 am

  1. Cancellation

Cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, no refund will be granted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. Use of the Property

The property may be used for holiday purposes only.
Parties, weddings, commercial events or gatherings exceeding normal holiday use are strictly prohibited.

Any breach entitles the owners to terminate the rental immediately without refund.

  1. Pets

Pets are permitted only upon prior written request and approval.

  1. Duty of Care

Guests agree to treat the property, park grounds, swimming pool and all facilities with care, respect and responsibility.

  1. Swimming Pool

Use of the swimming pool is at guests’ own risk.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
The owners assume no liability for accidents resulting from improper use.

  1. Damages

Any damage must be reported immediately.
Guests are liable for damage caused during their stay.

  1. Waste Disposal

The waste disposal station is located directly outside the main gate.
Waste must be sorted and disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

  1. Liability

Liability of the owners is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.

  1. Applicable Law

French law applies.
Jurisdiction is France.
